On Saturday, April 22, 2023, TEECS FTC Robotics Team participated in the 2023 TFAS Robotics Expo held at Sayreville War Memorial High School in Parlin, NJ. The expo is designed to raise awareness and inform the NJ/Tri-state Elementary, Middle and High School Student community of STEM Opportunities, Robotics and Hands on experimentation.
Telugu Fine Arts Society (TFAS) is a Non–profit organization serving the NJ/Tristate area for over 40 years supported by over 3000 members, their families and community of over 100,000. While the organization’s primary focus is to promote cultural interest amongst members, and they believe strongly in community engagement and raising the interest in STEM education amongst NJ Student communities at-large to help close the STEM skill shortages.
Our FTC Team has well aligned with the mission and inspired so many kids at the TFAS Robotics Expo 2023. These efforts have brought the team top Excellence award in the event. TFAS has also received accolades and support from various prominent Indian organizations like TANA and NATS which lead to grand success.
