MultiCultural Day!
Today, TEECS’ Elementary students participated in their Multi-Cultural Fair. This event allows students to immerse themselves in the culture of a specific country. Students shared the facts they learned as other classes traveled from “country to country.” Students came to school dressed in the attire or the colors of their assigned country and as they traveled, they had their passports stamped with the flag of each country. This is a really fun, yearly event that the students look forward to each year. The countries highlighted this year included: India, Ghana, Ukraine, Taiwan, Ireland, Uruguay, Japan, Italy, Australia, Greece, Egypt, Poland, and Turkey.
