The New Jersey Recreation and Parks Association (NJRPA) holds an annual conference where they recognize outstanding departments across the state.
This year, the Franklin Township Youth Center was honored with an award for the best promotional video, in which one of our students, 9th grader Charlene, played a significant role.
Councilwoman Kimberly Francois presented a Township commendation to recognize the staff, service provider and youth participants of the promotional video during the Council meeting on March 25th.
