Astronaut Dr. Gregory Linteris visited our K-4 classrooms, engaging young minds with insightful answers to their questions and delivering an inspiring speech on the wonders of space and science. Following his visit, we proudly hosted the Science National Honor Society presentation, celebrating the achievements of our outstanding students.

The excitement continued with a NASA TV Downlink event, where students’ pre-recorded questions were answered live by Astronaut Nick Hague from space! While time constraints prevented all questions from being answered, thousands of viewers tuned in to witness this extraordinary moment.

The event opened with remarks from NJ State Senator, Andrew Zwicker, emphasizing the importance of STEM education and success of TEECS, and concluded with Dr. Oya Tukel, NJIT Dean of FinTech, reinforcing the critical role of innovation and technology in shaping our future.
