Wednesday, August 28th, marked the first day of the school year at Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School (TEECS). There was a buzz of excitement as students reunited with friends and staff welcomed their new classes.
The day was packed with special activities for the younger students, including an onsite petting zoo, balloon artists, and face painting. TEECS’ beloved mascot, Eddie the Tiger, was also on hand to greet everyone with hugs and high fives.
With enthusiasm in the air, students, staff, and parents eagerly embraced the start of a new year filled with fresh experiences and opportunities. Here’s to a fantastic year ahead!
