TEECS Announces Retirement of Dedicated Security Guards

Thomas Edison EnergySmart Charter School announced the retirement of two of their dedicated security guards, Nicholas Gargas and Matthew Bailly. After Mr. Gargas’ 9 years and Mr. Bailly’s 5 years of loyal service, they will both be retiring effective June 14, 2023.

During their tenure at TEECS, both Nick and Matt, displayed unwavering dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our building, employees and students. They have been an integral part of our security operations, often going above and beyond the call of duty to maintain a safe working environment.

“Both Nick and Matt have been exceptional members of our security team, and we are deeply grateful for their outstanding service,” said Dr. Yildiz, Lead Person at TEECS. “With a keen eye for detail and a calm demeanor, they have diligently protected our premises and fostered a sense of security among our employees. Their retirement marks the end of an era, and we wish Nick and Matt all the best in their well-deserved retirement.”

They both plan to spend their retirement years pursuing personal interests and spending quality time with their loved ones. As they step into this next phase of their life, TEECS expresses its heartfelt gratitude and best wishes for a fulfilling and enjoyable retirement.
