UPDATE: A few weeks ago, we announced Veer Guda was selected to take part in a summer leadership program at West Point. 465 candidates from the first Summer Leader Experience Class graduated on Saturday!
This program provided rising high school seniors with a week-long immersion into the academic, military, and social life of a cadet.
Candidates explored West Point from all angles, including engaging with professors in high-tech facilities, team building and physical fitness training with cadets, and receiving hands-on weapons demonstrations and military training from soldiers from 1-187 Infantry, 101st Airborne Division at Camp Bucker.
Veer passed the difficult Candidate Fitness Assessment and got to experience the outstanding academic environment West Point has to offer. Congratulations Veer!
